Chapter chat week 5

This week I did a comic strip about different things that have so far happened in the book that we are reading it is called fish in a tree. I drew Shay laughing at Ally, ally giving Mrs.Hall a sympathy card, Shays friends paying for the friendship bracelets and Ally with a cast around her arm saying that she tripped over her cat porkchop. 

Chapter Chat week 4

This week for my Chapter chat I chose to do the Vocabulary challenge. This week I used the learning power creative and I created my own presentation. The vocab words that I had research are Uncouth, Medieval, Extensive, Visionary, Scoundral and Consultant. Chapter Chat Week 3

This Week for my chapter chat I did a KAHOOT about our book a fish in a tree. All we had to do was write 20 or more questions about the book and then share it with your homeroom. The KAHOOT that I made had 20 questions about the book and about the author who wrote the book. The author of the book we are reading is Lynda Mullaly Hunt and so far the book is great. Chapter Chat Activity

This week for my Chapter Chat I had to choose from 4 different activities and I chose the research because I had to research about the water cycle. it looked interesting because I haven't really learned much about the water cycle. there are 4 steps in the water cycle and they are 1 evaporation, 2 condensations, 3 precipitation, 4 collections. here is my water cycle presentation that I made myself.

Mothers Day

This week is mothers day week and in whetu, I had to create an acrostic poem about our mum. my mum's name is Kylie and I made an acrostic poem about her. K is for Knowledge for knowing how I am feeling, Y is for the Yummy food you make, L is for love because you love me every day, I is for Including me in everything, and E is for everything you do for me. Her is the acrostic poem I made for my MUM!!!!

This week for our book buzz we had to choose from 4 tasks I chose the creativity task because it looked interesting. What we had to do for our task was to draw a sketchbook of impossible things I drew a girl on a ball juggling a fish with a snorkel a car underwater with fish driving it an Ice cream man on a banana split a dinosaur holding a coffee mug and a snowman in a furnace factory.
